Returns and refunds
Due to the bespoke and delicate nature of our jewellery, we do not offer returns or refunds. This policy ensures that every item remains untouched, exclusive, and upholds the highest standards of quality and hygiene. If, however, your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@rebareba.com within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue. In such cases, we may accept a return for store credit or a replacement. Please note that we do not issue refunds, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a refund is approved in exceptional circumstances, it will be processed within 4–16 days.
